EI...What is it?

EI ?

Everyone, specially in the domain of Education, speaks about IQ (Intelligence Quotient) and how important it is to score high in its standardized test....But only those who know better about educating children follow their speech with "but IQ is not the only important quotient we have to care for... the quotient of EI is also of big importance..."
Did your kid's teacher ever mentioned EI to you? Have you ever heard about it?
EI stands for Emotional Intelligence... something that is much valuable than we think. It is one of the types of intelligence that everyone has but not everyone knows.
For more information please enjoy watching this Prezi Presentation about Emotional Intelligence adapted from a workshop by Ms Mary Ghazarian Gurunlian at Haigazian University - Beirut on 28 November 2015

Sign Language

How does sign language help students who have learning difficulties?
Does it have anything to do with providing a better education for preschoolers (who do not have difficulties)?
Is sign language enough for students who have hearing impairment to communicate?

Will be answering soon...stay tuned :)

We Can Answer! Just Give Us Access to Snap Type App

Writing is an important academic skill and educators believe in the importance of mastering such a skill… But you know sometimes it is okay to ignore traditional rules because having an idea is just more important than being able to write it.

Because everyone has the right to reveal her/his significant ideas, Snap Type application came to make it come true, to let everyone say her/his thoughts whether by writing or just by typing which in fact does not really matter.

This application as written in https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/snaptype-for-occupational/id866842989?mt=8 gives the chance for those who are not able to express by writing to type down their answers on their devices just after taking a picture of the questions’ paper sheet, then email it, or print it or just show it to the teacher…

Show that you can!! Never think you can’t do something because there will always be a surviving way just like Snap Type app that will make it easier for you... thanks to the occupational therapist who created it.

Have you ever thought of playing "Tic Tac Toe" in a beneficial way!! Next time when you are willing to play "Tic Tac Toe" with your friends or siblings, try to use words instead of x and o.
